Lia, that smoothie looks so yummy, I should give it a try, I have a Ladyship, but haven’t used it yet.

I’ve been drinking Odwalla’s Superfood for years, so I’m no stranger to green drinks. But I didn’t think to make my own until I saw a green smoothie on VeganTickles blog awhile back. With that bright green color, I’ve been meaning to try it and finally got around to it.

Green Smoothies weren’t something I previously drank but now they’re a daily part of my nutrition. I notice the difference when I don’t have them and enjoy the health benefits from them. xxx

Are all of the ingredients blended whole? or just the juice extracted in a juicer?

They most certainly are, they’re all washed first and then thrown into our Ladyship. :)
