Competition trolley all packed and ready

Rae got me thinking some time ago now when she posted up Rae’s List For Comp. It prompted me to pull out my trolley and go through everything as there’s no time like the present to get organised. I have done something different though, this year I’ve printed out my actual list laminating it so that it can be stored in my competition trolley ready to checked off closer to the day.

I didn’t pack Vaseline last time and I didn’t pack resistance bands either. They are going on my October list. I now have a bag of tanning gear that I really look a treat in. I also add peppermint tea to soothe belly bloating – though judging from that set of abs, that is a definite non issue for you!

And nor would I normally Jodi. Becuase we’re water depleted we’re incredibly dry mouthed and when you’re out on that stage continaully having to maintain a smile you need all the help that you can get. ;o)

That’s why I have a list so that I don’t forget a thing Liz. If it aint written down it aint going to happen, I need all the help I can get. LOL!!

Thanks heaps for posting your list. You’re fabulous!

What about eye drops? I only ask because a girl from our pose class showed me her little kit and she had eye drops. As well she had a pair of false eye lashes.

Love your work!

Oops sorry…..I forgot that one, thanks Maraina. As for spare lashes, as long as they’re secured properly you shouldn’t need a spare pair. *touching wood* LOL!!

I compiled a list last year and after each comp I was able to decide what I did and didn’t need pack next. I like to travel light Meggie. And no, I didn’t need vaseline that day I recieved my medal. I was grinning like a cheshire cat for most of the day. :o )

“See the glass half full and not half empty”
Deb now you have a list that you can use as your own guideline, that’s a good thing! :o ) xo

Hilary chocolate’s the last thing on my mind to pack and I doubt I’ll be packing any little indulgences this year anyway. The only thing I really crave for when I get off stage is a nice icy cold bottle of water. *arghhhhhhh* :o ) xo
