Me!
Chelle tagged me to do this, plus it has been five days since I last posted so here goes nothing. But I must warn you first, I live a very boring life. You have been warned. LOL!!
0455h: My alarm goes off giving me five minutes to adequately wake up.
0500h: I get up out of bed, head straight to the kitchen to take 1tsp of Musashi Huan: The Dispersion (Red). Then it’s time to get changed into my Under Armour Training Gear ready for the gym. I make our bed, then it’s back to the kitchen to take my pre-training supplement of Musashi Re-activate Hardcore. I so don’t enjoy the taste of this supplement. Apparently the faces I pull are priceless according to my husband. He so desperately wants to film it to share with everyone but I’m not convinced just yet. So anyway, then I organise my training supplements by putting 1tsp each of Musashi Kuan: The Creative (Yellow) & Musashi L-Glutamine into my ECO tanka sports TANKA. I grab my already packed gym bag from the night before and we head out the door.
0530: Team Halsall is in the car and we’re driving to RAAF Williams, Laverton Base Gym.
0545h: We’re at the gym and start with our Eric Cressey warm up using our physio rollers and tennis balls courtesy of Assess & Correct. Then it’s straight into our Maximum Strength Training Program which we’re doing for the next 16 Weeks. Immediately after our training we take 1tsp each of Musashi Kuan: The Creative (Yellow) & Musashi L-Glutamine, this time it goes straight into our mouths washing it down with spring water. Then we finish off with the Eric Cressey cool down using our physio rollers and tennis balls courtesy of Assess & Correct. I’ll be posting all about my experience with Maximum Strength Training Program in a later post.
0715h: Now we’re back in the car again headed for home.
0730: It’s time to hit the shower to freshen up and then get changed into my DPCU’s (Disruptive Pattern Camouflage Uniform).
0830: Breakfast IAW Precision Nutrition
0845: I’m back in the car again, this time heading to work for the day.
0900: Start work.
1200-1300h: Lunch IAW Precision Nutrition. I go home for lunch so that I have everything I need at my fingertips. It makes life so much easier and enjoyable.
1500: Afternoon snack IAW Precision Nutrition.
1600: Finish work.
1615h: Arrive home, unpack my work bag and get changed.
1630: Speed cleaning goddess time.
1800: Dinner IAW Precision Nutrition prepared by my wonderful chef husband.
1830h: Me time, usually on my iMac.
2000: I have trouble sleeping so to help me help myself I’ve incorporated a bedtime routine. This helps me to wind down and relax in preparation for a good nights sleep.
2030: Bedtime snack IAW Precision Nutrition.
2100: Lights out, this will ensure I get eight hours of rest and recovery ready for another day.
