Lia & Lindy’s Tricep Video

Well this is me. I’m out of condition training properly for the first time in a long time after a lot of rest and rehabilitation in 2009. If this isn’t keeping it real, then I don’t know what is.

Tri training was hard but awesome. We smashed our triceps to pieces! Thanks Lindy & Greg. LOL!!

Thanks for the entertainment Lia. LOL. I was cringing at the thought of your pain, but in histerics at the same time….sorry. But seriously, it must be such a good feeling getting back into some awesome training; way to go. We are training tris tomorrow so you know what video is going to be going through my mind; I don’t think I’ll be able to keep a straight face. LOL. No one could ever accuse you of not giving it your all. You’re doing great!! Lynne.

There was never a dull moment in the gym whilst I was up there training with Lindy. And no, I gave my training what it deserved and that was everything I had and then some Lynne. Enjoy training tri’s tomorrow, make them burn. ;) xxx

Yeah I’m pretty vocal when I’m training as you now know Raechelle. LOL!! My arms were trashed, I could barely drive myself home after it. LOL!! ;) xxx

Good job on the workout Lia.  Shame that we didnt get a chance to have that cuppa while you were up this way.  Perhaps next time…..  keep the momentum going now that ur back in training.  I bet you’re body is loving it! xxx

Funny you should mention sleep remedy because I started taking it again last night. It didn’t come with me on my holidays. One thing I have noticed though is when I do take it I dream a hell of a lot more, do you get this? xxx

That is so my saying lol!… Ummm i’m not sure, i do dream heaps- lots of crazy ones too. I have been using it for soooo long that i dont know if it has anything to do with my dreams!?

I dream heaps too but have noticed that when I take rescue sleep they are more vivid and active. But I’m back to taking it every night as well as getting up and going to bed at the same times seven days a week. The holidays and changing states without daylight saving didn’t help. My poor body clock has no idea what’s actually going on at the moment. LOL!! xxx

Falling asleep isn’t the problem it’s staying asleep. Apparently it’s common with sufferers of adrenal fatigue. I’m making further changes and including a bedtime snack to help with this problem also. xxx

Ah i see, yeah people dont realise but sleeping requires quite a bit of energy! Are you taking any herbs/supps for that? x

Aint that the truth! I’ve done a lot of research about sleep and continue to do so until I get it right for me Chelle. Sleep is so underrated and most don’t realise how important it is. xxx

Training whilst I was up there was very different and taught me some further things about myself Robyn. I was determined to give it all I could and maximise on the experience. xxx

Thanks for keeping it real. I found that really motivating… it’s a reminder that working at maximum intensity is meant to be tough. If you’re whistling dixie while lifting iron, the weight ain’t heavy enough.
