Precision Nutrition: this I’ve recently purchased and will be incorporating into my Maximum Strength Training Program so I thought I’d share it with you.

Diva Consignments: if you’re wanting to buy or sell pre-loved posing costumes then this is the online store for you.

Fighter Diet: Pauline Nordin is the creator of this concept and blog so if you want the ultimate hardcore training and nutrition program then this is right up your alley.

Beyond Blue: we all know someone who’s been effected by depression and this is a great online resource for those in need.

Figure Athlete: has a great article database that covers anything and everything in the health and fitness industry.

Hey Lia, thanks for the links. very interesting. i read on the forum someone was looking for fit ball exercise – your link to figure athlete has some info that may be helpful. I hope it’s okay to mention it here.

I’m actually still reading through it, or should I say my hubby’s still reading through it Sarah. When he’s done it’s my turn but from what I’ve seen it’s so far so good. We officially kick off with it 11th January for a 16 week Maximum Strength training program. xxx
