Shower Anyone?

Shower anyone? We are only human after all.

Here’s a little something I thought I’d share with you to help start off your weekend on the right foot  thanks to Vin Diesel. I like my diamonds in the rough and he certainly fits that profile for me. *wolf whistle*

So I’ve obviously missed a couple of posts this weeks but I have a good excuse, really…..I do. I haven’t just been slacking off, quite the contrary actually. Instead I’ve been working tirelessly one two projects at home. The first being the test site for my blog which was rebuilt and installed on my web server from scratch. This required me to customise everything from scratch, if I didn’t know much about the process then I do now after doing two customisations. That’s done and up and running with little to no effect to anyone but me and my web guy. Then secondly, I was working on yet another test site for my site design. I’m really really happy with how it’s turned out and can’t wait to see it live for the overall effect. It’ll hopefully will up and running some time this weekend. We live in two different time zones so this has slowed down our communication and progress during the whole process since we started back in July.

Then the real work begins reformatting all the old posts so that they look the same and fixing broken links. One thing about using wordpress in lieu of using blogger are all the incredible plugins that are on offer that makes things easier and much more interesting. It’s been nearly a year since I crossed over and I’ve never once looked back, it surpassed all my expectations and then some.

Alrighty then, moving onto much more exciting things. I’m off to the hairdressers again tomorrow morning for my colour change. Those that follow me on twitter or are friends with me on facebook would’ve seen the image I posted with the inspiration I’m using in regards to colour. One thing I’ve learnt through trial and error is find images of people who have similar type of hair so that what you’re asking for isn’t unrealistic to avoid any disappointment.

Then tomorrow night we have the pleasure of having dinner with our Miss Katie. We’re introducing her to our favourite Vietnamese restaurant for a healthy dinner and a catch up, we haven’t seen her since the Aussie Titles in October. Following dinner we’re coming back home for the night and I’m going to introduce her to the Twilight Saga. Miss Katie hasn’t seen the movie or read the books so I’m doing something about that because I know she’ll love it just as much as I do, well maybe not as much as I do but she’ll love it none the less. Then it’s only eight more sleeps until I get to see the next book New Moon at the Crown Casino Gold Class, not that anyone’s counting.

Oops time’s got away from me so I better make a move and go and do some shopping. Have a great weekend everyone and don’t forget to smile, it’s free you know.
