		<description>I&#039;ve bought &quot;Assess &amp; Correct&quot;, I&#039;ve already got the e-book but I&#039;m waiting for the dvd to arrive in the mail. So far it looks to be the best resource we&#039;ve bought yet, definitely worth the outlay in my and my husband&#039;s opinion Kerry. Once I&#039;ve read everything, watched everything and have put them all into practice I&#039;m going to be posting reviews on them here on my blog.

Coming back to the drawing board, listening to my body and not being afraid to start all over again is much more important to me. Only this time around I KNOW that what muscle gains I make when I return to resistance training will definitely be 100%. It&#039;s also teaching me patience which is another valuable lesson I need to learn so all is not loss Kerry. :) xxx</description>

I&#039;m back into it in a big way in addition to my physio exercises, as I&#039;m currently on the rehab path ATM too.  Have you read the &#039;Assess &amp; Correct&#039; resource yet?  I know it&#039;s only knew and would be interested in your feedback on it.

Good on you for being able to stop and re-evaluate and take a different path.  As you say, it&#039;s not necessarily important how you achieve your end goal - it takes flexibility and a solution-orientated attitude to still achieve your goals in the face of setbacks and adversity.</description>
