Last night was the 2009 INBA Navy Titles. Owen’s a very dear friend of ours who competed and won his division. You can see for yourself that he was in phenomenal condition and I love the facial expressions he pulls on stage, they’re priceless. He’s a Physical Training Instructor in the Royal Australian Air Force based at Wagga Wagga (NSW). So he obviously leads by example in the health and fitness industry both personally and professionally.
We had the pleasure of him and his lovely fiancee stay with us and will again for the 2009 INBA Victorian & Australian Titles. So stay tuned for more photos over the next couple of weeks.
Well this is short and sweet because my eyes are hanging out of my head after crawling into bed at 0200h this morning. But you know what, after helping a friend and watching him get rewarded for all his hard work and effort was worth the sacrifice.
Batty once again congratulations, you did yourself and everyone who supports you very proud last night.
