Lia
Obin is a very good looking staffy. In fact, he is a very good looking english staffordshire terrier! How fantastic are their souls, such a beautiful placid nature.

Our oldie “Grunt” is a big bruiser, but currently has some lumps and bumps on him and we count everyday we have with him. We are kinda hoping that he makes it to October, so we can go to beach on Stradbroke Island for a weekend, his favourite place. Also an introduction to the young one, Diesel to the beach. They definately are children, there is no denying that. I am sure that Obin had a very full and loving life with you guys. He is smiling up there in doggy heaven.

Thanks Dori. Odin was born and bread in qld so it was good that he got to go home in his last week albeit we didn’t realise at the time. He will be very sadly missed buy us and his two brothers at home.

So sorry to hear of your loss Lia, I know your animals are like your children (as are ours) and it is just devastating to lose a close family member.

Sending you lots of hugs.

Hilary xx

Yes well, we’re not having children so we treat our animals accordingly as you can appreciate. Thank you for your condolences Hilary. xxx

Hello Lia……again My deepest sympathy….Odin was a handsome fella. The loss of Odin alone is extremely difficult I know. I too am dealing with a senior girl. And with it being so close to your Dads anniversary……perhaps its a sign….I would think of it that hes gone to keep your Dad company……Take care Lia!

Thanks Penny. Odin was our big baby boy and we are lost at the moment with him, especially Daniel. Mum also loved him so we take comfort in thinking that she’s taking extra special care of him now for us.

Sending you and Daniel lots of love and hugs Lia.

I was very upset when I read about Odin. He is a beautiful staffy and will be in your heart forever.

Love Lorraine xox

So sorry to hear your loss, Lia. I myself had one of my dog who was 16 years old passed away on Queen’s Birthday this year. I know how you feel. I am still grieving for my Whitney. My thoughts are with you.

It’s never easy losing someone we love no matter what form they take Julia. I’m so sorry for your loss of Whitney. My heart goes out to you. :(

Lia I was actually going to ask if you were going to do that, I didn’t know how to bring up the subject though without seeming rude. That is a fantastic idea. There is a lady in Bendigo who actually does that, I’m nnot too sure who does it in Melbourne though, I would have to check with my sister as I know she has had her first staffy creamted.
Love and hugs to you both. xox

As soon as we got home from Qld we drove straight to our vet as he has been passed for five hours in the car already. The vet organised for the crematorium to pick him up and we’ll go back and pick up his ashes in a week or two.

My first dog that was killed I had cremated in Bendigo. I still have his ashes but am going to release them at the end of the year with Odin. That way they’ll be together forever. xxx
