This time last year for the first time in his entire life , Dad forgot my birthday. He was killed three weeks later. This is the memory that haunts me today, my first parentless birthday.

I write straight from the heart and what started out as my figure journey has become something much more after losing both my parents last year. Once I achieve a healthy mind body and spirit I plan on returning to the stage but until then I’m learning so much more about myself and about my health and fitness.
