This week whilst I’m off work recovering from my surgery I’ve had the opportunity to give great thought to my current circumstances and how I plan to deal with them. Of course the old “Fail to Plan, Plan to Fail” concept automatically kicked in so I knew I had to have a plan of attack otherwise “if I always so what I’ve always done, I’ll always get what I’ve always got”. So these are just some of the things floating around in my head at the moment:
★ Liposuction recovery
★ Spring clean my home
★ Research, address and treat my Adrenal Fatigue
★ Incorporate daily relaxation exercises
★ Book in for a course of Colon Irrigations
★ Read Metagenics Detox Guide in preparation for it
★ Decide on which free blog platform to use in conjunction with my new website
★ Contact TrimaxSolutions about my LiaHalsall.com Logo idea
★ Attend booked personal shopping appointment at Apple Chadstone about upgrading to iMac
★ NLP: Jacqui Louder researching and supplying further information
★ Re-read Renovate Your Life & Fattitude written by Craig Harper
★ Start walking and return to resistance training after doctors approval
★ Enquire and book into scrapbooking classes to make wall hanging tributes for Mum, Dad & Handfasting
My home is definitely my castle. It’s where I spend most of my time when I’m not at work and I’d very much like it to be clean and organised once again. After all, I work full time so I can afford to live in a nice home surrounded by nice things so why shouldn’t I take pride in it. On Sunday, if you remember I posted about my being house proud. For me, this is really important and since I haven’t been keeping my end of the bargain up it’s turned into an energy robber. This plays on my mind daily in a negative way so it’s obviously something I have to do something about sooner rather than later.
So I prioritised my list from most important to the least important, well for now anyway. It’s always subject to change depending on what happens from day to day so thankfully the military has taught me to be flexible otherwise I’d go stark raving mad. LOL!! My recovery is obviously my first and highest priority on my list. Then secondly, I’ve put spring cleaning my home as it’s where I spend most my time and one that obviously impacts me in a negative way from day to day. It’ll be a very slow process but satisfying none the less when it’s all finished. I’ll be back to update how I’m progressing along this week.
Blogging for me is very therapeutic. It’s like a good counselling session in that I get to empty out the contents of my head, put everything down in front of me onto the screen. Then once I’m looking at it I can put it all into perspective which makes it easier to take control of. This is kind of what I’m doing this week to help me help myself. So far it’s helping and working so it’s all good.
