This week saw yet another change in my training program. My primary focus now is to balance out my symmetry. I’ve had good gains in the lower body and feel that I have reasonable strength in that department. Where as with my upper body (due to my first and second shoulder surgery) it hasn’t developed at the same rate and it’s time to get it caught up. So in saying that my husband bless him created a resistance training program that works for me.
★ Monday: Upper Body (Growth)
★ Tuesday: Cardio
★ Wednesday: Lower Body (Maintenance)
★ Thursday: Cardio
★ Friday: Upper Body (Growth)
I’ll also be following up my resistance training sessions with 30 minutes on the treadmill at 70% HR. Like anything new training I try I like to give it at good month before casting my decision as to how effective it is or not for me. Only time will tell I guess. This week has been all over the place with one thing or another so next week will be the real test drive and then I’ll lock it in for a month’s trial. Next week I’ll also post exactly what I’m doing so you can see also.
