Daniel’s gone out fishing for the day in hope that he catches some brim. I’m hoping he does as there’s nothing better then fresh grilled fish with a squeeze of lemon juice for dinner. *hmmm* Me on the other hand will be spending my day in the kitchen, below is a list of what I have to prepare and cook:
Tartare Sauce (cottage cheese, gherkin & capers)
Protein Pancakes
Chicken Vegetable Meatloaf
So on that note I best get into the kitchen. But before I do I’ve purchased yet another resource book, I’m getting quite a collection now. LOL!! This book was recommended to me and I can’t wait to read it. So here’s a little about it until I report back my thoughts on it.

“Most experts teach that losing weight and creating our best body is all about finding the right diet and exercise program. Motivator and Exercise Scientist Craig Harper teaches that creating life-long physical change is largely a psychological and emotional process. While he understands the science of creating physical change, he also knows that for most of us, the biggest challenge is getting our head where it needs to be… and keeping it there.
“The truth is, most of us know what to do, but for a range of reasons we don’t do it (consistently). Some of us have a history of ‘almost’ getting in shape, and some of us get in and out of shape annually.”
Most people don’t get in shape because they simply don’t finish what they start. It’s not about equipment, health club membership or resources; it’s about our ability to consistently do what we need to do…. Our ability to change our thinking, change our attitudes, change our habits, change our reality and ultimately, change our body forever.
As long as we believe that creating our best body is all about carbs, barbells, fat-blasters and exercise bikes, we’re in trouble.
Fattitude is a book for people who are tired of getting on and off the weight-loss merry-go-round, and are genuinely ready to create ‘forever’ change.”
